| This line, which is used to cool the hot soft sugar dough in the production of soft sugar, performs the process of cooling the soft sugar to the desired temperature after it is kneaded hot. Designed in a multi-storey structure for high efficiency and performance, the line emerges from the kneading stage in stripes and is directed towards the cooling tunnel, circulates between the soft sugar layers in the form of a strip moving into the tunnel and is directed to the exit. It is equipped with sensors that constantly measure the moisture balance and temperature of the system. |
