This is the story of a sweet adventure that started in 1953 when Şekerci Hacı Ali founded Ganik Şekerleme in his hometown İskilip. Since that year, Ganik Confectionery is a place where sugar has been processed with labor and presented to consumers safely. While the name is given, it has been put "Ganik", which means saturated person in Iskilip region.

The second generation, who took over from where Şekerci Hacı Ali left off on this road from 1953 to the present day, carried Ganik Şekerleme to its modern facilities that support R&D studies and meet European standards. They have turned the dream of Şekerci Hacı Ali into reality by taking slow but firm steps on this long journey of more than 50 years.

From a small manufacturing house years ago, Ganik Şekerleme Gıda Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti, with its modern facility, has accepted the production of our traditional flavors without sacrificing quality. Today, it serves not only Çorum but also the whole world with its nearly 60 personnel. Ganik Confectionery, which still produces tahini halva, jam, Turkish delight, tahini, molasses and cocoa hazelnut cream, desires to increase the variety in its product range by offering quality products to the consumer as a result of its R&D studies.
