They are products obtained by cleaning the surface of hot rolled flat steels with acid. It can be produced between 1.20-6.00 thickness. Pickled products can meet the different expectations and demands of our customers operating in the industrial field.
Structural steels; They can be used for all applications of the general building industry. They have suitable strength, formability and weldability properties.
Low carbon steels; They are used in the production of cold-formed parts by bending, drawing and deep drawing processes for general purposes.
Tube steels; It has high formability, weldability and toughness. For this reason, they are used in the production of LPG cylinders where high temperature and pressure is generated.
High strength steels; It is used in applications where high strength, impact resistance and fatigue properties are required. Generally, in the automotive industry, rims, discs, pulleys, chassis parts and so on. used in the production.
Ship steels; They have high weldability and toughness properties and are used in the ship's interior and keel. |
Products: The oxide layer on the surface is cleaned with acid; It is given in the form of sheet cut from roll to paint, with cut or uncut edges, after tempering (skin pass). Dimensions: Thickness, width and length values are nominal, unless otherwise stated. Internal diameter 610 mm (+/- 10 mm) for rolled products with or without trimmed edges 610 mm (+/- 10 mm) for tempered products Surface Protection: Lubrication: The surface of the products cleaned with acid is oiled with protective oil unless otherwise specified. GAZİ METAL recommends at least "normal oil" level of protection to reduce the risk of corrosion in acidified products. GAZİ METAL will not be responsible for the risk of corrosion that may occur on the surface if oil-free and low-oil products are requested. The warranty period for preventing corrosion in normal oil products is 3 months from the date of ready notification. GAZİ METAL will not be responsible for the corrosion risk that may occur in normal oily products due to non-GAZİ METAL storage and shipment. Surface quality: EN 10163-2 (Class B Subclass 3) is guaranteed for surface defects in hot rolled products. Weldability: Using the carbon equivalent formulation commonly used in the literature to give an information about the general weldability of hot rolled steels, the formula results can be interpreted as follows. However, in order to determine the true weldability of steels, C and CE values should be evaluated together. % CE ≤ 0,30: Weldability is very good, it can be welded without any action. 0.30 <% CE <0.55: Can be welded using a suitable welding material and appropriate temperature. % CE ≥ 0.55: It can be welded with special welding practices. Suitable for surface coating: Grades produced with S235JR, S275JR, S355JR notations within the scope of EN 10025-2: 2004 standard can be produced as Class 1 or Class 3 in accordance with hot dip galvanizing method. |

TARİHÇE 1927 - Aile büyükleri, Kayseri ve Mersin’de demir-çelik ithalatına başladı. İç piyasada, ithal ettikleri malzemelerin ticaretini yapmaya başladılar.
1967 - Demir Sac Galvaniz Tic. San. A.Ş. Çayırova/Gebze kurularak Galvaniz Sac imalatına başlandı. Türkiye’nin özel sektördeki ilk galvanizleme hattı kuruldu.
1987 - Gazi Metal Mamulleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şirketi, Karaköy/İstanbul’da çelik ticaretine başladı.
1998 - Hollanda firması Ferco BV ile ortak olarak Ferga Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. adı altında çelik servis merkezi kuruldu.
2001 - Ferco BV, hisselerini Türk ortaklarına devretti.
2004 - Gazi Metal Mamulleri A.Ş. bugünkü şirket yapısına kavuştu. Soğuk haddeleme tesisleri projesiyle ilgili araştırma çalışmaları başladı.
2008 - Soğuk haddelenmiş sac üretecek soğuk haddeleme tesislerinin kurulması kararı alındı. Mühendislik çalışmalarına ve yer araştırmalarına başlandı.
2009 - Karasu/Sakarya Organize sanayi bölgesi, soğuk haddeleme tesislerinin kuruluş yeri olarak seçildi.
2011 - Alman SMS firması ile teknoloji ve komple tesis satın alma anlaşması yapıldı.
2013 - Karasu’da montaj işlemleri başladı.
2014 - Karasu tesisleri, ülkemizin 5. soğuk haddeleme tesisi olarak üretime başladı. İlk rulo, 13 Ağustos 2014’te üretildi.
2015 - Deneme üretimleri ve kalite çalışmaları tamamlandı.
2016 - Üretime geçildi.
