This oil, whose acidity ratio is less than 0.8% and can be consumed in its natural form, is the sought-after flavor of salads, sauces, hot and cold dishes. Natural extra virgin olive oil is obtained by cold pressing the unripe green olives collected during the early harvest in October-November. It is suitable for consuming raw rather than cooking. It can be used as a medicine in the mornings and evenings as well as in cold meals, appetizers and salads. Its taste is fruity and fresh. Maximum 27 degree water is used in our olive oils that we obtain by cold pressing. Since high temperature negatively affects the nutritional values and fragrant structure of olive oil, the aromatic components and nutritional values of olive oils obtained at low water temperature are much higher compared to other methods.
The word “virgin” indicates that the olives have been pressed to extract the oil; no heat or chemicals have been used during the extraction process, and the oil is pure and unrefined. Virgin olive oils contain the highest levels of polyphenols, antioxidants that have been linked with better health.
