| It enables the hazelnut particles to mix with chocolate in a homogeneous way. The machine, which is fed with the help of two funnels, is fed with chocolate from one funnel and hazelnuts from the other. Level sensors in both funnels prevent overflow there. When the sensor values are processed and the machine is ready to mix the products, the chocolate and hazelnut moving towards the channel are mixed by the mixer in the channel and directed to the outlet chamber. |
