The line consists of 3 main parts.

After the coils loaded to the 2 coil opening mandrels in the entrance section are passed through the rectifiers; The head and ends of the sheet are cut and cleaned in the entrance shears and successive rolls are connected to each other in the sewing machine to ensure continuous operation.

In the process section, before the sheet enters the acid tanks, the oxide (scale) layer is broken in the tension leveller to accelerate the pickling process and the surface smoothness is achieved with the elongation given. Then, hydrochloric acid and oxide (scale) on its surface are completely cleaned in acid tanks and rinsed with RO water in rinsing tanks. The sheet is dried in a hot air dryer after rinsing.

In the process section of the sheet metal, in order to ensure the surface quality, in order to progress continuously; There are sheet storage accumulators before and after this section. In addition, the sheet is centered with centering equipment placed in various places along the line.

In the edge cutting unit in the exit section, the sheet is cut to the desired target width by cutting on both sides. In the electrostatic lubrication machine; Both surfaces of the sheet are lubricated in desired amounts (0.2-3 gr / m2). The bobbins, which are produced by winding in tensioner mandrel, are separated from each other by cutting the sewing part in the exit shear.
