| In the inset models of the Stainless Steel Sinks, the tool mounting clips are used to connect the clips and the sink. It is manufactured from 201, 202, 304 and 430 quality stainless steels according to customer requests. Stainless sheet metal is subjected to a special oil production process to prevent corrosion during production. After production, vibrator process is performed to degrease all clips. 6-point spot clips can be subjected to spot welding from six points in order to make a more durable assembly during assembly. The number of spots on the spot gives the amount of spot welding that can be made on the clip. |
