Termosan Engineering was established in 1999 as Mechanical Engineer Mr. It was founded by Suat İnan to distribute in the heating sector.

Our company, which was the distributor of the products of two companies between 1999 and 2005, was established as BAYMAK A.Ş. and started the distribution of BAYAK products in the provinces of Ankara and Konya as the Main Dealer with Franchiser Special Status.

Termosan Engineering, which started the sales and marketing activities of Baymak products in Merkez Plaza in Ankara Ulus, put into operation Konya Plaza on January 10, 2006, Samsun Plaza on December 18, 2007 and Kayseri Plaza on November 6, 2013 in order to provide faster and more effective service to our dealers. intensified his studies. Our company continues to operate in 4 regions with a total of 35 personnel as of February 2008.

Standing out among the companies in the heating sector with its vision, quality policy and modern marketing techniques, BAYMAK A.Ş. As a result of our choice to work with, our development in one year was a 200% increase in turnover and a 200% physical growth with two new plazas.

Being aware that the most important factor in the success of the main distributor companies is the dealer structure, our company has carried out the most intensive and fastest work in the formation of dealers. As of July 2006, Baymak continues to distribute its products with 90 Sub Dealers and 150 sales points.

The main key points that we take care of while serving our dealers:

Customer Focused Service: It is our most important principle to give importance to the opinions and thoughts of our dealers while meeting their needs and requests.

Honest Approach: By staying at an equal distance to our dealers, we take care to display sincere and honest approaches on issues such as discounts, exchange rates and stocks.

Technical Support: We try to solve the technical problems they encounter with our competent staff together with our dealers whenever they need it.

Sufficiency in Stock: We take care to keep the amount of products in our stocks to meet the needs of our dealers in every period.

The most effective use of technology in sales: Our company, which aims to use technological developments in the most effective way in sales, reaches its dealers in the fastest and most effective way by using online sales, Net collection, corporate web, e-mail list and SMS system.

Company Description

Termosan Mühendislik 1999 yılında Makine Mühendisi Sn. Suat İnan tarafından ısıtma sektöründe dağıtım yapmak amacıyla kuruldu.

1999 – 2005 tarihleri arasında iki firmanın ürünlerinin distribütörlüğünü yürüten firmamız, 1 Mart 2005 tarihinde BAYMAK A.Ş. ile anlaşma sağlayarak Franchiser Özel Statülü Ana Bayi sıfatıyla Ankara ve Konya illerinde BAYMAK ürünlerinin dağıtımına başladı.

Ankara Ulus'ta bulunan Merkez Plaza 'da Baymak ürünlerinin satış ve pazarlama çalışmalarını başlatan Termosan Mühendislik, bayilerimize daha hızlı ve etkin hizmet vermek amacıyla 10 Ocak 2006 tarihinde Konya Plazasını, 18 Aralık 2007 tarihinde Samsun Plazasını ve 06 Kasım 2013 tarihinde de Kayseri Plazasını faaliyete geçirerek çalışmalarını yoğunlaştırdı. Firmamız Şubat 2008 itibariyle 4 bölgede toplam 35 personelle faaliyete devam etmektedir.

Isıtma sektöründeki firmalar içerisinde vizyonu, kalite politikası ve modern pazarlama teknikleri ile öne çıkan BAYMAK A.Ş. ile çalışmayı seçmemiz sonucunda bir yıl içerisinde gelişmemiz %200 ciro artışı ve iki yeni plaza ile %200 fiziksel büyüme olarak gerçekleşti.

Ana dağıtıcı firmaların başarısında en önemli unsurun bayi yapılanması olduğunun bilincinde olan firmamız en yoğun ve hızlı çalışmayı bayi oluşumunda gerçekleştirmiştir. Temmuz 2006 itibariyle 90 Adet Alt Bayi ve 150 adet satış noktası ile Baymak ürünlerinin dağıtımını sürdürmektedir.
